Management Team
Mike Grant
During owner Mike Grant’s 35 years in construction he has been involved in nearly every type of building project. He completed over 100 construction projects as a superintendent/estimator before starting his own business in 1987. He has overseen many hundreds of projects since then, greatly enhancing his experience base. Mike primarily works in project development, estimating, project management and administration.
Mary Grant
Owner Mary Grant has a working knowledge of all aspects of the business from more than 20 years in the industry. Mary currently works in administration, marketing, public relations and project development in addition to estimating, purchasing and personnel decisions.
Christiane Kraemer
Owner Christiane Kraemer, Mike & Mary’s daughter, has been in construction for 15 years. Starting as a finish carpenter and cabinet installer as a teen, she has since become our office manager with her extensive knowledge of our software and is the anchor of the accounting department, handling billings and receivables, advertising and our accountants.
Project Managers
Mike Boock
Mike Boock joined the Grant Company in 2005 as a project manager and estimator. He has worked on the Edelweiss Village project and several wineries. Mike is a graduate of OSU.
Roman Giberson
Roman Giberson is our newest management team member, starting in 2007. He has worked as a carpenter and project manager for the past dozen years. Roman has been managing the Trappist Abbey Church, wineries and a retail complex.
Lisa McKay
Lisa McKay just joined our office staff this year, taking over the payroll and accounts payable and numerous other tasks in the office.
Hank Elsasser
Hank Elsasser primarily works as a superintendent in the field, but also fills in as project manager and estimator when needed. He is also our high-detail furniture craftsman. Hank has been with us for 15 years and has 30 years in construction.
Construction Team
Dave Kirk
Dave Kirk worked as an engineer on projects up to $300 million before he returned to construction. He started with us in 1993 as a superintendent and leads our more complex projects.
Ron Koogler
Superintendent Ron Koogler has worked for us since 1991. Ron grew up in construction and is an excellent all-around craftsman.
