Glockenspiel (Now Lou's)

Originally known as The Glockenspiel and now operating as Lou’s, this project involved updating and reconfiguring a restaurant space to support evolving branding and operational needs. Restaurant renovations require careful sequencing, code compliance, and attention to both front-of-house and back-of-house functionality.

The Grant Company executed improvements that allowed the space to transition seamlessly while maintaining structural integrity and supporting updated hospitality requirements.
